The nine times table can be difficult for some students to remember. If your students have a hard time with multiplying by nine and could use more practice, Matific has a fun worksheet they can use to practice!
If you don’t have a computer in class, Come Together Kids has a great trick to practice the nine times table using your fingers. All you need to do is put your hands down and fold the finger which you are multiplying by nine. For example to find the product of nine and four you fold your fourth finger, so you have three fingers on the left and six on the right. There’s your answer 36. Nine times four is 36.
